1) Click on your overdrive pedal for the Chorus in this song. Work on your settings to try to get a similar amount of crunch on your guitar amp.
2) Set your amplifier so that when the volume pot is opened up to 10, the proper amount of overdrive is heard. Also be sure that the amp is set so that when the volume pot is rotated to about 4 or 5 a cleaner sound comes out. On the same note, when a solo is played, be sure to use switch settings that push the distorted tone even more to be heard over the other instruments--but this should not be the main sound used throughout the song.
